Here at Venue 102 we strive to give all of our guests the best experience! The idea behind a “blank canvas” outlook it is to put as little restraints as possible for each event!

 
 

Here are just a few of our requirements:

  • Venue Rental Ends at Midnight

  • A Day of Coordinator

    • Cost: $1,200 (unless specific package is chosen that includes this option!)

    • You can opt to bring in your own!

  • Event Insurance

  • All Alcohol must be served from a licensed and insured caterer

    • Alcohol must be done serving at 11:00p.m.

    • No Alcohol past the outside deck/ramp area
